The Challenge

The Kuwait 3PL operator ran manual order intake from 30+ B2B customers via email and spreadsheets, and warehouse operators opened DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and SMSA portals separately to generate shipping labels. Average time from order receipt to label-ready was 4+ hours with a 4% error rate that caused costly delivery exceptions.

We delivered a multi-tenant 3PL order-fulfillment platform on iDempiere with automated order intake, integrated multi-carrier rate shopping, and a Flutter-based warehouse operator app.
